Our Policy
If Nonilion isn't working out, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right. We'd rather refund you than keep money from someone the product didn't serve.
What Qualifies
Refunds are available in these cases:
First Purchase
Your first subscription charge, requested within 14 days
Accidental Renewal
A renewal you didn't intend, reported within 14 days of the charge
Duplicate Charges
Billed twice for the same thing — refunded in full, always
Extended Outages
Credits or refunds when a significant outage affects your paid period
How To Request
Email support@nonilion.com from your account email with the charge date and a short note on what went wrong. Most requests are resolved within 2 business days.
Processing Times
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method immediately. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Marketplace purchases from third-party agent creators may carry their own refund terms, shown at checkout.
