Copyright (DMCA) Notices
If you believe content on Nonilion infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@nonilion.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" or use the form below. Your notice must include:
The work
A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed
The content
The URL(s) or other details that let us find the material on Nonilion
Your details
Your name, postal address, phone number and email address
Good-faith statement
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
Accuracy statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them
Signature
Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to support@nonilion.com with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notice". Include the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or any judicial district where Nonilion may be found if you are outside the US), and your signature.
Report Other Content
You can also report content that is illegal, abusive, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation or deceptive deepfakes, harassment, or spam — including AI-generated images, video, audio and agent output. We review every report and remove content that breaks our Terms.
Repeat Infringers
We remove infringing material promptly and close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or break our content rules.
Content involving the sexual abuse of children is reported to the relevant authorities. Knowingly false notices can carry legal liability.
