How Billing Works
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, starting the day you subscribe. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Payment Methods
We support the usual ways to pay:
Cards
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment provider
Invoicing
Available for enterprise plans — contact us to set it up
We never store your full card details on our servers; payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor.
Invoices & Receipts
A receipt is emailed after every successful charge, and your full invoice history is available from your account settings anytime.
Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep what you paid for until then.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Failed Payments
If a charge fails we'll retry a few times and email you to update your payment method. Your workspace stays accessible during a short grace period before the subscription pauses.
